Hi community!
I´m running an N3700-ITX and encountered problems while using an external USB3.0 docking station and/or WD external Hardsisk USB3.0. The drives are freezing or do not initialize. The problem only occurs when connected to the Asmedia USB3.0 ports. The INTEL USB3.0 ports and also the USB 2.0 ports are running fine. Some other user told me the Asmedia 107x chipset hub, which is used on N3700-ITX, has some bug that makes it not compatible to some other devices. Any idea? Is there a firmware update for Asmedia USB hub available? thx

Same issue here.
Updated BIOS, tried all drivers I could find - nothing works. Windows 10 is using generic microsoft driver for this hub, cannot force him to use asmedia driver Edited by TAPAKAH - 25 Dec 2015 at 9:10pm |
