I have a B450M pro that was working. I took tried to add a new Elgato card to it and now the thing is stuck in a boot cycle. It gets to the bios screen and immediately reboots. Don't even get a chance to F2. Any ideas?

Yes: Tell your complete Spec and where you put which Elgato card.
That will speed up the help for your problem!

You maybe have to configure PCIe configuration first in the bios before you insert that card.

AMD RYZEN 5 2600 6-Core 3.4 GHz (3.9 GHz Max Boost) Socket AM4 65W YD2600BBAFBOX Desktop Processor
ASRock B450M PRO4 AM4 AMD B450 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
XPG GAMMIX D10 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 (PC4 24000) Desktop Memory Model AX4U300038G16-DRG
RX 580 or RX 570; Radeon powered
Seasonic SSR-550RM 550W 80 PLUS Gold ATX12V/EPS12V Power Supply PS-SSR550R

Currently I have everything out of the MB accept the graphics card. I unhooked all the connections other than the 2 power connnections and the little connector just for the powerswitch. I have tried reseating the memory in a2 and b2.

It gets to the boot screen with the ASRock logo and F2, F6, f11 options and within a second reboots. No time to enter setup.

Strange. I suggest to make a CMOS reset.

I have tried a few CMOS Resets even waiting overnight in the hope that everything would clear. Used the Jumper block and also removed the battery. Not sure if I am doing it totally correct, but have had no luck yet.

Maybe inspect the pcie slots with a magnifying glass for damage or debris? about the only other thing I can think of is that something broke when you inserted the elgato card.

Looked and don't see any damage. I mean what would make it reboot, at the same point in the boot up process every Time. Is this definatley a MB issue?

Was your setup without the elgato card running with special bios settings?
I mean, did you have to make any importing settings when you setup the system in the beginning or did it run with default settings?

Try it with only one RAM stick installed.

No, there were no special bios settings, it was all default. Also tried with 1 stick, in a2 and then again in b2. Also tried with 2 different memory sticks. This is frustrating.
