No CPU overclocking function

   Dear All,
I tried to overclock my 1300X CPU but no matter what value I set in BIOS, win10 is still default frequency. 
I have tried many methods and also search on internet, no way still oc my CPU on my A320M-HDV R3.0
Is there any idea about it??
