I am seeing unexpected, but welcomed behavior with my non-pwm case fans (Corsair AF120 LED 3-pin). I have them connected to the X470 Taichi Case_Fan2 port and expected them to be spinning at 100% all the time. However, it seems that I can control them with Asrock's A-Tuning. As I play with the fan curve, the speed of the fans increase/decrease accordingly and the fan's LEDs get brighter/dimmer as well.
Was I mistaken believing that a 3-pin fan's power is fixed? |

HA. Google is my friend. I guess the Taichi x470 MB can regulate the voltage of the case fan ports, and thus control the speeds of the 3-pin fans.
