BIOS update b450m HDV r4.0

   Hi everyone. I have motherboard b450m HDV r4.0 with ryzen 3600. Sometimes i have issue with Windows 10 64 bit when system shows me blue screen or freeze, so i want to update BIOS. My current version of BIOS p2.30. Is it save to update directly from p2.30 to p3.20 (with AGESA Combo-AM4 1.0.0.3 ABB) or i should first update to p3.10 and then to p3.20???
