B450m PRO4 interesting usb problem

   Hello i am using r5 2600 with 8x2 ram. But i have a problem with my mobo. I am using case usb 3.0s and when i plug my external hdd it can't see it. Also cutting power from all usb connectors.But if i plug flash drive no problem it is seeing it without problem. While hdd plugged if i restart it can see hdd without problem. What is the problem with this?

	I assume the HDD and the flash drive are being plugged into the same USB port on the case? Do you have any other devices plugged into any other USB ports on the case?

	I have two usb 3.0 and two usb 2.0 on the case. Usb drive works perfect all of them but when i am plugging hdd on usb 3.0 i am losting all usb connectors until restart both usb connectors same result. But if i plug hdd in usb 2.0 it works correctly without any problem. I think problem about bios or usb header on mobo. Thanks for answer.
