Cannot access Bios mode, just display a cusor

   When I press Del key, the screen just displays a blinking cusor.
When I press F11 key, the system can displays the boot options screen, but also cannot enter the bios by select "enter setup".
I also can enter the flash bios screen to update the bios version.

I had try clear CMOS by short pin or remove cr2032 battery, but also cannot clear the CMOS.

My hardware config list:
asrock x570 phantom gaming 4
zotax nvidia 970 vga card
dp 1.2 cable connect aoc 27" 4k screen.
