RX 5700 XT incompatible with X79...

   A week ago, I bought a Sapphire RX 5700 XT Pulse and it does not work properly on my ASRock X79 Extreme9 with latiest UEFI v.4.00E!
RX 480 & RX 590 worked fine. 
On another system ASRock B250M Pro4 it (5700 XT) works without problems!

I tried different PCIe slots but nothing (( Sapphire TRIXX & GPU-Z does not fully recognize the card, video acceleration does not work in google chrome/youtube and some video players, Rage 2 starts but works jerky.

Core i7-4930K, Windows 10 x64 Pro (18362.356) with latiest drivers, AMD Adrenalin 19.9.2.
