chipset high temp concern

   I'm very interested in the ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming X, but concerned because I see a Newegg reviewer says it has a "High x570 chipset temp (around 65C in my case)". 

(Particularly since over the years I've killed a couple motherboards with heat issues.  Without OC, simply with my workload.)

Any suggestions please for board cooling solutions?

(I'm inclined towards aircooling: I plan to aircool my 3950x, and have high airflow in my Thermaltake Core V71 case.)
