Hi so i recently bought a B450B pro4-f and have been trying to enable the xmp profile in the bios. it wasnt working so i updated the bios to 1.50 but still no luck.
in the bios the ram speed still says it is stock however it does say xmp is enabled and under it it says 3200. so the first number says 2133 and the second says 3200
i have gskill 3200 memory.
i have a ryzen 7 2700X
when i check in cpuid or ryzen master the speed is 1066
what could i be doing wrong?

thanks for any sudgestions

XMP settings are often not working.
Try with the next frequency step down until it is working

Or with XMP 3200:
Increase DRAM voltage to 1.36...1.37V
Set Command Rate (CR) to 2T
Set Gear Down Mode to Disabled
Set Power Down Enable to Disabled

More infos with the DRAM Calculator, it's HowTo and user results (maybe you can find your HW combination with another users results)

What exact model number ram do you have?
What memory slot(s) are the dimm(s) plugged into?
What bios version do you have?
