Z77 Extreme4 Custom & Level Fan settings

   Hi
does anyone know what level settings(1-10) corresponds to what custom settings(1-255) for the CPU Fans?
I wonder a bit that the level 1 settings seems much higher then the custom 1 setting at least a fan that I tested did run on level 1 with about 1166 while it did about 870 at Custom 1.
