Advanced\CPU Configuration\AMD fTPM switch
and for the TPM device configuration;
Advanced\Trusted Computing

Depending on the bios version? (and used CPU ?) this maybe is placed under another location.

	I was wondering if there was a way to enable ryzen's FTPM on the PRO4 AB350M? I don't see a bios option.
