We'll need a little more information to help out. Could you let us know what other components are part of your computer? CPU, graphics card, memory, etc. Anything helps with that.

With RGB flashing it tells me you at least have some power to your computer, but please double-check your power connections. THe motherboard should have a 24 pin connector, and an 8 pin connector in the upper left corner of the motherboard. Plus, your graphics card likely has a power connector, etc.

The memory is relatively finnicky to connect. Make sure it's inserted properly. I first had this issue on my Taichi X570 and then also on my Fatal1ty B450 ITX (despite already having the Taichi experience).

Try with 1 memory module and make extra sure it's inserted properly.
