Steel legend b450m argb issue.

   Hello,
I have got a b450m connected with 3 argb fans and 2 argb strips.
It was all working fine but after changing the mode from static to rainbow, it stopped working.
And it's not the fan and strip alone, even the heatsinks got weird pulse with the light.

Only static mode works fine but during that half of the strip glows and half doesn't. Fan have a segment which stays off. 

It works fine with the controller, but as soon as I put it on Mobo sync it all go crazy.
Please help.

Here are the things I have tried:
1) Updated bios
2) Reinstalled polychorme.
3) Checked for registry and all.
4) Tried using Bios to control led.

But it still is acting weird.

Please help.
