Is the stick formatted with FAT32?
Can you start the USB stick with your brothers PC?

With your board:
Go into the bios and load defaults, save and restart into bios.
Go to the boot menu and disable CSM, save and restart into bios.
Can you select your USB stick now in the boot options?

If not, try another USB port.

I have tried both of all of that and it just doesn't recognize my USB no matter what I do.
