Again: Fast startup on windows shutdown is disabled?

And just for test, disable some power saving related things in the bios:

Advanced\South Bridge Configuration
Deep sleep: Disabled

Advanced\ACPI Configuration
Suspend to RAM: Disabled

Still have not figured out the bios. I installed a new ssd and now if I restart my computer or windows does a restart, computer now boots up. The problem I have not is, windows does not show my secondary hard drive or my cd drive. If I reboot using windows restart option and enter the bios. It does not show my secondary hard drive or my cd drive. If I power the computer down and then turn back on all is fine. what could be causing this?

Magic PC world, we need a jesus for solving such kind of problems...

One try: Make a clear CMOS like described in the board manual.
After that, go to the bios and load defaults, save and exit.

Another try: Make a restore of your windows from the time before the windows update which caused the issue...

Didn't help. Computer still boots to the bios on a restart from windows. If I turn computer completely off, then it will boot to windows. I will figure it out.

Maybe it is the fast startup on windows shutdown.
If it is on, it should be disabled.

Please follow the steps as below to uncheck the "Turn on fast startup" under windows.

Step 1. Open the Power Option item in control panel.
Step 2. Click the Choose what the power button do link.
Step 3. Click Change settings that are currently unavailable.
Step 4. Clear the Turn on fast startup (recommend) check box.
Step 5. Click Save changes.

Hello, When I do any type of restart on my system, it boots to the bios. When in the bios it does not show my hard drive and the boot sequence shows nothing. When I exit bios either with saving and exit or do not save and exit, it boots right back to the bios. Now if I shut my computer down completely and then start it up, it boots up to windows with no problems. Not sure what is causing this.
