Motherboard RGB lights glitching

I have a B450 Steel legend motherboard and it has just recently started this weird thing where all the RGB lights on it flicker randomly all kinds of different color, this also includes any rgb product connected to the argb header ive been at this for weeks some help would be greatly appreciated
