X570 Phantom Gaming X Bios 2.50 issues

   I just installed the new 2.50 bios on my motherboard and so far 2 things.

1- Anything connected in a PCI-Express 1x slot stop working and isn't detected in Windows. Right now my sounds card isn't being detected on 2.50 but works fine on 2.10.

2- Booting Windows takes 5 to 10 minutes and CPU seems to be quite high during this process. Once it's done, everything seems to be working as it should be.

Anyone else facing these issues?
