B450M Pro4 not registering dual channel RAM

   I'm a PC noob
I built a Gaming PC a few months ago and just the other day I went into my system info. It says that I have 16gb of ram installed but only 7.9 is usable and it's running at about 2100 Mhz
I checked the Bios and it says its running single channel RAM. I installed them in the right slots too (A2 and B2) 

My PC Specs are
ASRock B450M Pro4 
Ryzen 5 2600 
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb DDR4 DRAM 3000 MHz 
GeForce GTX 1660 OC 3X

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please bear with me as I may not know all the terminology and may ask for simple answers.
