.Question about Overclocking

   Hi Guys,
I just bought a B365M Phantom Gaming 4 MB with an Intel Core i5-9400 @2.9GHz. It says processor can be overclocked to 4.10 GHz.
Is there a guide on how to (safely) accomplish this? I would like to overclock it but I am afraid of ruining it.
