X570M Pro 4 Boot loop

   Hi,

I've built a few systems until now, but this is the first AMD processor I try (3700x). 
I've built the system and with only RAM and 1 SSD connected, it restarts every 5 seconds, does not display anything on the screen.

Is there anything i should check if i can t even get into BIOS?
