H81M-DGS R2.0 one beep issue

   So today i was cleaning my gpu and after when i tried to start up my pc and i heard a beep. After that the pc tried to start but it couldn't. I removed the gpu and the rams to check everything is on the right place and it still keep up the one beep. GPU: Asus Rog Strix R9 390 8GB Rams: 2x8 gb Cpu: Intel Core I7-4770K Ant this beep thing never happened before. Thanks for the answers.
