Freezing ASRock z77 Extreme6

   Hello,
I buy second hand an ASrock z77 Extreme6, i installed on my computer.  I try to install on my old OS ,  i change my motherboard because my old motherboard Asus is broken. It's working on old OS, but didn't work with dedicate video ( gtx 680 ) , always when i use GTX is freeze after a minutes, but is not freez only in OS, is freezeing in bios and when i try to install a new OS . What settings in bios can i use to stop freezeing?
I have an i7 3770 and 24 gb Ram. The problem is not on processor or Ram,  because i try to use integrade video and the problem disappear.

	Make sure the video card is in the top PCIe slot (PCIe2) closest to the CPU. The video card requires 200 watts, the recommended Power Supply for a GTX 680 is 550 watts or more. What power supply are you using ?
