Case fan noise

   Hello,
I just bought the brand new PC with ASROCK X570 Taichi MB. How can I reduce the case fan noise, they are still with the same rpm, even I tried to change the BIOS setup.

	Get fans with a lower db rating.
	Asrock Z370 Gaming K6,Intel i7 8700K, Asrock x570 Taichi
