ASrock Phantom Gaming SLI/AC Bios Update

   Does anyone know if this Motherboard can update the BIOS without a CPU. Built a new PC and I can't get it to boot because my CPU needs BIOS P4.0 and the Mobo shipped with P1.1. Can I flash update the BIOS without getting it to boot first. I don't have access to another CPU that can run on the MOBO with P1.1 BIOS so that I can update it.
