I got the ASRock x99 OC Formula LGA 2011-v3 Intel  and need help with the all the connections.

What are all the power connections I actually need to connect on board?

The 24-pin, 8-pin, and 4-pin.

The PCIE-PWR1 is for using two or three power hungry video cards. It provides power stabilization on the PCIe bus.
