Hi i just finished building my Taichi X399 full atx TR4 build and im not getting any phase width modulation on CPU Fan 1 and Chassis Fan 1 headers. Ive got them both hooked up to seperate fan hubs. Ive cross checked all my cables and they are all correct. Ive tried adjusting the fan curve both with ASRock tuner and in the bios. All my fans are blowing at max all the time.

First check, if CPU Fan 1 and Chassis Fan 1 work correctly by connecting ONE fan on each.

What hubs and fans are you using?
