Hello!

I have B450 K4 Gaming Fatality rev 1.01
AMD A10-9700 Bristol Ridge (with video)
2xPatriot PV416G300C6K 3000 MHz (there was no Bristol ridge recomendations in
but for Raven, Summit and Pinnacle Ridge there were PVR416G320C6K and PV48G340C6K with more MHz rate)
HDMI display
Power Supply Chieftec 750W

When I connect bother power connectors from PS to MB, red LED under chipset (?) heatsink with Fatality written on it begins blink slowly. When I start MB, cooler starts but no picture on display and after about 20-30s system reboots.

I tried connect with another PS 700W from other desktop, but because it was difficult to disconnect all power cables from it I connect B450 only with wide power connect. Red LED begins blink slowly.

I found topic about similar situation on
X370 Killer SLI/ac
http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=12386
It suggest to clear CMOS. I disconnect PS plug and there was no jumpers on my MB so I shortened it with staple for 10 sec, but nothing changed.

I also tried to start with only 1 RAM module installed in A1 or A2 slot.

I don't have other memory to try.

Is it possible to find out what problem there ?

ADD: Bios version is unknown, I think something from end-2019.

Solved. Answer from support:
-------------
B450 chipset mainly supports Summit/Raven/Pinnacle/Picasso/Matisse CPU.

Since 9700 is a Bristol Ridge CPU, thus, it is not supported.

Kindly refer to the link below for the supported CPU.
