Fatal1ty B450 K4 poor USB performance

   Hello,
I have a problem with the newly bought B450 K4. USB 3.0 performance is poor, on my WD element hdd I have max 50 mb/s (earlier on Z97 board 70-80mb). But it is worse on one of the two USB 3.0 front panel - here I have very unstable max 20 mb/s and device is often disconnected.

I have a new os, the last drivers and bios. Front panel USB is 100% functional, I checked it on Z97 board.
Is my motherboard damaged?
