MS Media Creation Tool apparently makes this a snap.
Reinstalls Win 10 Pro 1909 and only minimal updates were needed.

Strangely this worked. It still failed initially but then started working after a reboot which the Intel ME software doesn't prompt you for.

Thanks for your help!

1) I am running v2.0.3201.0 of the Blu-Ray Advisor.
2) I uninstalled the currently installed ME driver and re-installed 11.8.65.3606_ME_SW_DCH.

The issue still persists...

I will try another reinstall of Win 10 as requested.
I will report back in a couple of hours after it is completed, OS updates reapplied, and ME/SGX software is re-installed.

Dear Schemer,

Thanks for the reply.

Please use the following information as a reference:

Kindly make sure that you are using Win10 1909 with the latest updates installed.

Also
1. Download the latest Blu-Ray Advisor.
2. Intel Management Engine driver ver:11.8.65.3606_ME_SW_DCH

(BIOS settings do not have to be adjusted.)

If the problem persist, please try to clean install the Win10.

With thanks,
ASRock TSD

Thanks for the reply.

I applied bios 4.30A without issue and still experience mostly the same issue.
Once applied, I entered the BIOS and set my XMP settings, verified the updated BIOS version, and verified Intel SGX was enabled.

The Cyberlink Blu-Ray Advisor logs still show:
Intel® SGX Technology (CPU/Main Board) : SGX not supported
Intel® Management Engine Software : incorrectly installed

The Intel CSME Version Detection Tool now indicates:
This system is not vulnerable. It has already been patched.
(Before it indicated it was vulnerable. So this changed.)

The current ME FW reported by the CSME Version Detection Tool is 11.8.77.3664
I have reinstalled both the ME(v11.8.65.3606_ME_SW_DCH) and ME(v12.0.40.1433_CONS_SW_MSI) software driver and get the above SGX error report for both.

The 'Intel(R) Software Guard Extensions Activation App' in the Microsoft Store reports that 'Intel SGX is activated'.

Any advise would be appreciated.

Dear Schemer,

Thank you for posting your query to ASRock forum.

Regarding your question about SGX/ME, kindly update the BIOS 4.30A from the link below:

So I built a new HTPC around the Fatal1ty Z370 Gaming-ITX/ac and an I3-8100 and am running into issues getting it to pass the Cyberlink Ultra HD Blu-ray Advisor check.

The following 2 checks keep failing per the logs:
Intel® SGX Technology (CPU/Main Board) : SGX not supported
Intel® Management Engine Software : incorrectly installed

I have Intel SGX enabled in the bios (Intel ME FW 11.8) and have tried both the Intel ME 11.8 and 12.0 Windows drivers from the ASRock website.

The bios version on the ITX board is 4.30.

This is a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro so any help would be appreciated.

Side note: I do have a Z390 Tachi Ultimate gaming desktop which passes the check. The only difference that I can tell is that runs Windows 10 Home and has the Intel ME 12.0 FW. Not sure how to load that on the Z370 ITX.

Any help would be appreciated.
