Have a new build with A320m-ITX and AMD Ryzen 7 3700x. When powering on with just mobo, cpu, ram, and storage the fans and lights come on, but no POST. Difficult to diagnose issue without that.
I can also add that it seems like some fans come on for a small period of time and then turn off. |
