Memory Problem

   I have a Ryzen 2700, AsRock B450 Pro4 and 2x8GB HyperX 2666Mhz that uses A2 and B2, recently, I need to buy more souvenirs, I didn't find the hyperx, including the Ballistix Crucial 2x8GB 2666Mhz, after installing them in the slots available on Windows or Windows with only 16 GB of use memory, do some tests and use the 32 GB RAM, adjust the frequency of the memories to 2400 MHz, at 2666 Mhz, do not get a maximum of 24 GB with 3 memory cards in 3 slots, but there the computer is unstable giving blue screen, if I put 4 sticks it runs only 16GB.
