X570 Bluetooth issues
Guys, I have an intermittent issue with my Bluetooth in my new ASRock X570 TACHI motherboard. "Brand New"
I have tighten the antenna and make sure that it is connected. I get normal connection to my wireless mouse and wireless keyboard then I will lost connection at all. Very frustrating. I do have WiFi so I think the module is fine.

Any suggestions

if it's the intel wifi/bluetooth .. try going to Intel's website for updated drivers and not ASRock's and see if that helps. I had issues with my daughters wifi/bluetooth adapter on her B350 Fatal1ty Gaming ITX/AC setup and that cured it.

have to agree with the above

since i joined this forum its always the wifi/bt problems

intel has a scanner-updater that i use for mine (x370 taichi)
a lot of guys have changed the wifi/bt card in theres (these are probably older intel cards with our 370 era boards though)

Thank you. That is a very logical steps........ thanks... I did follow up and make sure that I got the drivers from Intel not from ASRock, not change to the problem.
I continue to see my bluetooth on and off.

Any other suggestions ?
I am this close to return the MOBO but I want to try everything that can be done.

update the amd chipset drivers ??

bt isnt part of that but maybe the instability is the communication between the system and the actual bt card..........

go to amd support
select chipset>x570 etc etc

Those wireless/bluetooth cards are fairly inexpensive .. maybe the vendor/ASRock can just send you a new card instead of a motherboard.. I have a bunch laying around from laptops I've serviced over the years

That totally did it .... fantastic suggestion. I assumed that the ASRock drivers would be the one to go.
Reality is that ADM was the place to go.

THANK YOU for the suggestion. I am a Happy Camper and finally my PC Build is complete.

THANK YOU AGAIN !!!
