Dear amok,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

According to your question, we provide some suggestions:

1. Please enter to BIOS setup and load BIOS default setting via [F9] key.
2. Remove all of the storage devices; only connect your system disk and single USB 3.0 hard drive to verify.
3. Try to test with other files and also monitor the speed by another software.
4. Plug the USB drive to other USB 3.0 ports to verify; please also try USB 3.1 port.
5. If possible, please format your USB 3.0 drive to check if it can improve the performance.
6. If possible, please plug other USB 3.0 hard drives to verify; you can use a basic USB 3.0 flash with CrystalDiskMark tool to check if the onboard USB 3.0 ports are functioning.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD

I am facing a problem on my external USB3.0 devices.
Three of my USB devices always get write speeds below 1 MB/s, but the reading speed seems normal.
I have test different file size data but get the same low write speed.
But if I connect to USB2.0 port, there is no any limitation and the writing at around between 30-40 MB/s.
This problem does not happen on my another computer. I have update latest AMD chipset driver, reinstall win10, all the same.
So what will be the reason to cause it?

Thanks.
