Need some help with PCI ports.

I have managed to get everything working even issue with 3600 ram. I am now stuck at a problem with PCI device and PCI Encryption/Decryption Controller and not having Bluetooth. Even though I have the latest drivers from Intel for my AC 8260 and I have the newest Bios 2.6 on my X570 Phantom Gaming 4S. I have installed all drivers except for the integrated graphic driver. here is my dxdiag report.

Can you provide a link as I am not seeing anything in the download section for chipset drivers.
