Hi all,

I recently completed my first desktop build with the following parts

ASROCK X470 Taichi w/AMD 3000 series BIOS upgrade

AMD Ryzen 5 3600X

GSKILL Ripjaws V DDR4-3600 16GBx2 (slots 2 &4)

MSI Geforce RTX 2060

EVGA 750 GS Modular PSU w/Corsair cable set

NZXT H510 Mid-Tower Case

I have everything together, and when the PSU is turned on, the motherboard pulses blue. When the power button is turned on, I hear a single click from the power supply, and nothing else. No fans start, no dr. Debug lights. Any ideas as to what the problem could be?

Double check to make sure all your power cables are the correct ones (8pin CPU)
and that you have them all connected. If you still can't get the system to power
on, pull the board out of the case and check to make sure you don't have any shorts
on the underside of the board (standoffs in the wrong place etc). You can then
test the system outside of the case and see if the symptoms persist.

Pulled everything apart and built it outside of the case with the stock cables that came with the PSU, and everything booted fine. It?™s together in the case and running now. Must have been faulty cables from the Corsair set...... thanks!
