A few days ago I bought an upgrade package consisting of an asrock a320m hdv r4.0, Amd Ryzen 5 1600 and 16 GB DDR4 RAM. The system is running except for the LAN connection, there is no lamp on the LAN connection and in the adapter setting for Windows the folder is empty. When I remove the Realtek drivers. would like to end up being in deep sleep mode. Does somebody has any idea? ? I would be very happy to get help because I'm really desperate! Greetings Paul

ok try

going direct to AMD SUPPORT
drivers>chipset>a320

this should install all the drivers for the board to talk to the devices

then try installing the ethernet/lan driver

What version of windows are you running?

In Device Manager .. do you have an exclamation point next to any of the listed devices and/or an "Unknown" device listed?

Have you tried resetting BIOS to defaults and see if it automagically comes back on?

uninstall the device in device manager
download and copy the amd chipset driver AND the lan driver files to desktop
switch off pc
enter bios and do a full reset ( e.g reset defaults) restart to bios
switch off unplug from wall power socket, and remove the small coin sized cmos battery from the board
press and hold the pc case power switch for 30 secs
refit cmos battery
restart pc enter windows without any wifi/lan cable connected
reinstall/run chipset driver (THE LATEST AMD DOWNLOAD)
run the asrock lan driver package

now connect to internet (wifi or lan)

hopefully that should sort the bug out
