Dear Nereida,
Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. According to your question, we have some suggestions to check your system: 1. Please enter BIOS setup and load BIOS default setting to verify. 2. Only install CPU, one stick memory (at B1 slot), graphics card and system disk to check if system can work properly. 3. If possible, please install another HDD/SSD with clean OS installed. 4. If possible, please install another memory module. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |

CPU? MEMORY? Have your reset BIOS to defaults? Upgrade to the 3.70 BIOS

After updating BIOS to P3.50, now my computer is having occasional Windows bluescreens.
Sometimes it occurs after half an hour or half day, but recently it happens only after 10 minutes. I have not faced this symptom before, seems like the problem will be the BIOS. Is there any suggestions how to fix this issue? Best Regards, |
