Check my Sig below for my system details

Hi I have a motherboard problem, it takes him a long time to get to the Asrock logo. And until it gets to the logo, the monitor doesn't turn on either.
The problem started when I updated the board to the new version 3.0 + CLR CMOS

The board shows me the following codes in a cyclical manner:
A. 14,15,33,61,63,92,94, cc, c8
B. cb1.98, b4.02, c5
I tried lots of things to fix the problem.
Change version to the one I was in before 2.7
Run with the default settings
Work with one stick of memory

Another problem I want to ask .. How to set up video card will work on PCIE 3

welcome to the club

I have a similar problem. In my case, sometimes the system dont want boot, need to reinstall the video card in another slot. After cleaning, this problem disappeared, but the motherboard still show code errors and have longer loading then it was before i upgrade cpu from 1700 to 3900. My bios loading ~ 30 seconds , 6.20 version

You sure it's not just because new bios first time boot going through 100% diagnostic hence longer... where future boot up is shorter and faster?

Everytime after clear cmos the first boot takes 3 cycles self shutdown and self power on, I think apart from memory training and finding so many auto results, it's also rebooting to check if those results can boot without hiccup which is the 3rd boot and if OK then load windows. All in all takes a minute or two.

Sometimes new bios need new ram timing, what works before doesn't mean will work this version, need to rematch them.

Another indicator of good settings is windows boot in fast mode, i.e. the wall paper changes every few days. If it reverts of the iconic windows 10 wall paper means problem, either hardware or settings in bios not good enough.
