I mount a addressable 5V RGB LED strip on this board.
But the first 5 LED color are different the others so that I cannot control the RGB color.
No matter which RGB mode, the first 5 LED always get different than the remaining.
I have already used ASROCK polychrome tool but fail under win10.

Please advise, thank you.

Dear jokeUsa,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

Regarding to this case, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

A.
1. Uninstall the Polychrome Utility from control panel > Program and then restart the system.
2. After booting into OS, please install the following Polychrome ver.2.0.66
https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/B450M%20Steel%20Legend/index.asp#Download

B.
Please refer to the following steps to flash LED firmware manually.
1. Open CMD as an administrator (type "CMD" in search bar right click & choose "Run as administrator" from the context menu)
2. Go to RGB app installation folder by typing "cd C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin\"
3. Flash the RGB chip using the following command "wICPFLASHADSBv2.exe /File=nu51_3.04" //this will take around 30 seconds to flash the LED FW.

If the problem still persists, please clean install a fresh Windows 10 OS or use other addressable LED devices to verify.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD
