I?™ve been having some trouble charging my iOS devices while the PC is shut off. Charging things over mini usb is fine, but it seems that there isn?™t some communication or something through the lightning cable that tells the motherboard to charge the devices. I?™ve contacted Asrock support about this and they said to clear CMOS and load default BIOS settings. None of these has fixed the issue. It?™s been over a week since they?™ve last responded. I ensured that deep sleep was off and I tried turning goodnight led on and off to no avail. Installing App Charger allowed my phone to receive power after windows shutdown, but if I unplug it and replug it, it won?™t charge. It?™s definitely some communication issue with the motherboard because I?™ve tried multiple iPhones and iPad along with an assortment of apple and third party cables and none have worked. Is there any fix to this issue?
