I have installed Windows 10 pro build 1511 X64 from scratch and activated with a Windows 7 key. Works great.
Now for my problem. Whenever I load a program to monitor the temps, ie. HWinfo64, it blue-screens. After 2 days of trying different programs to monitor the temp, i put in another hard drive and loaded Win 7 Pro X64. Installed HWinfo64 and it runs with no problem. ASRock B75 Pro3-M motherboard with 4 gig of RAM. I3 processor and using on-board video. Was going to move this board into my main machine case and add video card, I5 processor, more memory, etc after I got everything loaded.

Does it behave the same when you use the latest ""ASRock Extreme Tuning Utility ver:0.1.425"" from your MB's download page for Win10?

Also, can I assume you've installed the proper INF and IME "drivers" _and_ the MB is flashed to the latest available BIOS for it?
