Buy pre-updated motherboard - possible?

   Hello,
I only have an old laptop computer, so tired of it I want to build a new desktop, Mini-ITX based computer. I have already all components, most important one is the CPU Intel Core i5-5675C (Broadwell).

Now I need a compatible motherboard. I like this ASRock Z97E-ITX/ac. I check the CPU Support List and it says that i5-5675C (Broadwell) requires BIOS version P1.70 or higher.

Is it possible to buy the motherboard with already updated BIOS from Amazon? Their support center told me to ask directly to the manufacturer, hence I'm writing here.
