Hi, I am trying to get a build up with the ASRock Fatal1ty x470 mini itx. The CPU is an AMD Ryzen 3500 (Matisse).
I get power to the build, but I can't see that the USB is getting power, as well as there is no picture. But the CPU fan is running and the power LED is on. I noticed in the manual that it doesn't say Matisse is supported by this motherboard, but it says that it does on your website. Is the CPU the reason why I'm experiencing this problem? |

It might be that you're BIOS is older and so your motherboard won't support Matisse chips until you can update the BIOS. AMD has flash kits that you can order .. or if you can get access to an older Ryzen chip for flashing purposes
