z490 Phantom 4 PCIE CPU/PCH Split

   Hi All

I'm wondering if someone can tell me how the PCIE lanes in the z490 Phantom 4 Gaming are split between CPU and PCH? The motherboard states 1 x16 PCIE slot at x16 speed (assumed but not stated to be connected to the CPU), and also 1 x16 PCIE slot at x4 speed. Does anyone know whether the x4 is connected to the CPU or PCH? As well, I can't find where the m2_2 slot is connected, CPU or PCH? 

The motherboard states supporting Crossfire in that x4 slot, which would make me believe that it is connected to the CPU as you would want multiple GPU's connected to the CPU PCIE lanes rather than the PCH...maybe?

I know the z490 chipset is capable of splitting the CPU PCIE lanes in a few different ways, but I can't find anything to say whether this is implemented in the motherboard.

For background I want to build a cheap streaming computer with a Blackmagic Deckling DUO (PCIE 2.0 x4), and with the possibility of adding a Nvidia 2060 Super later on. Blackmagic seems to recommend their cards be connected with CPU PCIE lanes. I would essentially like to have 8 lanes for a GPU, 4 lanes for the blackmagic and 4 lanes for the M.2 ssd, which should be compatible with 10th gen Intel's and the z490 chipset.

Can anyone help me out?
