asrock ab350 pro4 not reading m.2 sata ssd

   I cant get my asrock ab350 pro4 to read the m.2_2 sata ssd, this is the second card I've tried both different m.2 sata sticks a "crucial MX500 1tb card" and a "WD blue 1tb card"

ps yes I have the sata_3 clear and this is not the M.2_1 slot that Im trying to fix (that works great)
