Z170 PRO4S Temperature

Hello,

I recently bought this motherboard (z170 pro4s) and i'm curious about the CPU temp. displayed in the  BIOS. It show around 36-38C but when using monitoring software like HWiNFO64, Core Temp, Speecy... it show about 22-25C.

I would like to know which is the corect one ( display in BIOS or Windows) ... or i'm missing something ??
