Installing windows 10 on amd320m-hd

   So, i'm trying to install win10 on my pc but it keeps getting an error about missing drivers/not being able to find the driver. I dont have a dvd drive, so im trying using usb.
Searched the internet, found a lot of things about usb 3.0 but nothing that could fix it.
Any help?
