x99x killer issue

I recently build my rig my problem start 2days ago when i switch power button case fans and odd and case lights start working and suddenly they turn off after two sec pc turn on and start working
Im trying to clear cmos but it wont help
what should i do?

A good start would be listing all the parts inside your case so we here have at least an inkling of what you're working with there.

If and when you do list out the parts please include make and model numbers.

There is a new BIOS update for your board that includes "Improve Clear CMOS function". That might help with your situation.

Were their any changes or Windows Updates applied to your OS before this started happening?

Are you turning off your PSU when you shutdown the PC? The start and stop and start again cycle sounds like you are removing power from the PC after you shut it down.

What version of Windows are you using?

yes i think windows 10 update itself
but i dont unpulged psu cable
and i use my old hdd include win10 this hdd belong to my old pc

I update bios bot nothing changed i installed win7 but problem still exist
