   Hi Team i wonder if i could get some advice, i have an asrock N68-GS4 FX R2.0 and bios American Megatrends P1.00 .
When looking on your https://www.asrock.com/support/index.asp?cat=BIOS there are many to choose from, can anyone please help me with which bios to upgrade to ? Thanks in Advance.

	Unfortunately there is no newer version for your mainboard. And I doubt that there will be a new one. But you are welcome to have a look under this page https://www.asrock.com/mb/NVIDIA/N68-GS4%20FX%20R2.0/#BIOS from time to time.
